Jocelyn is a Washington, D.C.-based photographer with over 30 years of experience capturing moments that tell compelling stories. Specializing in both political and documentary photography, she creates images that convey emotion, leadership, and resilience.
Having worked with sitting presidents, documented historic events, and photographed influential figures in both politics and business, Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience to every project. She has also deployed with FEMA’s Urban Search and Rescue teams, documenting their response to natural disasters like 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. Her work with FEMA is now preserved in the National Archives, part of the country’s historical record.
